This Privacy Policy applies to Two Greeks and a Van Pty Ltd ACN 680 684 379 trading as Real Deal Property (“Real Deal Property”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and the website located at https://www.realdealproperty.com.au (the “Site”).

Real Deal Property respects your right to privacy. We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act). The APPs regulate how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information, and how individuals may access and correct that information or make a privacy complaint. This Privacy Policy explains how we comply with those obligations and has been prepared in accordance with APP 1.

  • complete our online quiz, calculator, or enquiry form;
  • book or attend a free discovery call or consultation;
  • engage us as your buyers advocate;

  • interact with our website or online platforms.

In some circumstances, we may also collect personal information from third parties, such as referral partners, real estate agents, or publicly available sources, where this is lawful and reasonable to do so.

We use personal information collected from you for the purpose for which it was collected, that is to provide real estate agent services, primarily as buyers advocates, and to perform our obligations under our agreement with you. This includes:

  • communicating with you about suitable investment opportunities;
  • managing our relationship with you as a client;

We may also include your information in our database to receive regular market updates and communications about our services. By providing any information to us or submitting any form or enquiry to us, you consent to being contacted by us regarding opportunities and services. You may opt out of receiving these communications at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe function where available.

We may disclose personal information to third parties as reasonably necessary to carry out our functions and activities. Depending on the circumstances, this may include disclosure to:

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Where we propose to make material changes that may affect the handling of personal information you have previously asked us not to disclose, we will contact you to allow you to prevent such disclosure. The current version of this Privacy Policy will be posted on the Site.
